Prints remain a focus of the collection, the designer has taken inspiration from Jaipur with a modern twist. This collection is not only restricted to the Indian borders but also attracts the foreign audience.
1. The Neo-Bohemian
Beach wedding or a quaint temple one, this is the ultimate lehenga that is going to flood your Instagram feed. The highlight of this collection was the prints and heavy embroidery borders, quite perfect for the wedding season and not to be missed that plunging neckline blouse. It comprises of choli-style blouses paired with multi-patterned lehenga skirt, Anarkali-style kurta sets in rustic colours and block prints, and earthly colour khadi sarees.
2. Modern Folklore Collection
The scheme of this collection is dark, mysterious-black and ivory, the entire modern folklore collection has a sort of gothic vibe to it. Perfectly titled by the designer “cocktails and cosmopolitans” this cocktail collection by Sabyasachi is all about the high-end and modern with just a touch of retro-chic. The sequin sarees with satin plunging neckline blouses are perfect for any sangeet party and the colours are breathtaking, as interestingly named Mumbai mimosa, very berry mulberry and many others.
5. Shararas for a stunning Mehendi function
The Sabyasachi new range of sharara is no less than the beautiful signature lehengas. It shows the ability of the designer to play with different colours and prints with ease. The colours mostly used are ivory, mustard yellow with beautiful embroidered borders and netted dupattas. These are extremely beautiful and leaves the bride in awe, the splash of colors makes it look vibrant and at the same time attract everybody’s attention towards you.
