Keeping in mind the liveliness of the event go for colors like orange, pink, green or even red, you can also opt for multicoloured outfits or color schemed outfits. Sangeet
Sangeet is one of the most fun events and I would suggest you to play around a little with your outfit, starting from crop top with embroidered palazzo or dhoti pants or a pre-draped saree with a belt or a lehengawith jacket to give a retro look. But according to me dull gold, dusty pink and bottle green are the colors just perfect for the pheras other than red.As red is said to be the color of wedding and has a tradition, every indian bride should opt for at least one red outifit. In case you don’t want the outfit to be too bright and heavy, you can go for chikankari embroidery on pastel colors.
Reception
You might be done and dusted with the Indian outfits so now it’s time to give a western twist. Choose a gown or a lehenga with a modern twist like a mermaid style skirt or a slit skirt. Or in case you love indian wear and would like to continue with the theme then go for a 6 yard staple for an elegant look.
